Xune Work Culture – Returning To The Office

Back in the Office

Welcome to Xune Culture. This section is dedicated to giving you an insight into what happens behind the scenes, providing a weekly blog full of our current tasks and up to date achievements.

Back in our Natural Habitat

There’s no place like home, or so they say. Our team at Xune had been working diligently from home since the start of January and it was clearly getting the best of us. Since Monday and the easing of lockdown restrictions, we have returned to office-working and it’s been a breath of fresh air for everyone. A change in environment is always effective for productivity and focus when at work, and getting back in the office has turbo-charged our efficiency ready for the months ahead.

Social distancing and masks aside, we are a stronger team when working together, and being in the office encourages our communication, collaboration, and conscientiousness.

Back In The Office

New Beginnings - The Departure of Keavi

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end! Keavi has been a valued member of our team since she started working with us and has since departed to start a new chapter in her life. As a team, we had cupcakes and brownies that she brought in and celebrated her contributions to the team whilst wishing her the best for the future.

Goodbyes are never easy, but it’s great to know that Keavi has a great future ahead of her and is moving onwards and upwards!

Easing of Lockdown Restrictions / Easter Sunday

In the UK, lockdown restrictions are being eased with us all being allowed to return to work. On the 12th of April, they are set to be eased even further with beer gardens, shops and gyms opening up. Sunshine glistening through the windows and air conditioning to keep us cool, we’ve had a preview of summer this week in the UK and can’t wait to see each other outside of work for a drink in the sun (when the time is right, of course!)

This weekend, we are celebrating Easter across the world with many people taking the day-off to spend (socially distanced!) time with family and friends. As over 35 million people in the UK are now vaccinated, our lives are slowly but surely returning to normal and hopefully, we’ll not take our freedoms for granted again.

Our team morale is high and we are enthusiastic about the future, working hard to grow not only ourselves but our clients and partners alike. We’ve got spirit and are ready to take on what’s next!
