Welcome to Xune Culture. This section is dedicated to giving you an insight into what happens behind the scenes, providing a weekly blog full of our current tasks and up to date achievements.
Excitement in the Agency
All staff, those working from home and those working in the office, have a spring in their step this week following Monday’s wonderful news of Britain’s lockdown easing. Not only are restrictions to be lifted, but December is also in sight, as Christmas songs are played back-to-back.
It is undeniable that such good news has soared the team’s motivation. Everybody has begun the week by aligning all of their tasks, updating statuses and bringing many deadlines forward, reaching full task capacity. Such enthusiasm is admirable as our team goes full steam ahead, working tirelessly to ensure that tasks are completed and Xune’s clients are exceedingly satisfied.
Meet the Team
In honour of the good news, this week’s blog provides an even deeper insight into the team as you meet Mihlali, Xune’s Business Administrator, answering questions demonstrating what working for Xune is really like.
Here is what Mihlali had to say:
What is the best part about working for Xune?
How much I’m learning and the resources available for self improvement professionally. Also so far the team itself, all the individuals are friendly and willing to help each other out when they can.
How would you describe the team in three words?
Do you have any favourite tasks?
Implementation, probably because it’s what I feel most comfortable with right now, there is also a bit of creative element which I like. Also anything related to liaising with clients and customers.
What task are you completing right now?
I am currently putting together a security consultancy jargon list for a blog. Segmenting a client’s contact list based on the sources of generated leads and daily content implementations.
If you were a superhero, what would your power be?
Teleportation – I could be anywhere in a matter of seconds to rescue victims and what-not. Also, I’d get to travel/experience the world (on my days off from superhero duties lol).
What would your superhero name be?
Pick a colleague and describe what superhero power you would assign to them.
Robert – probably flight or teleportation as well. So he can definitely be able to be home for Christmas with his family this year.
How do you have your coffee?
2 teaspoon scoops of coffee, 3 or 4 teaspoons of sugar, lots of milk.
What is your favourite lunch?
Leftover dinner from the night before.
Do you have any hobbies?
Researching random things from pop culture, to geography to history. Also putting together music playlists, dancing and binge watching my favourite shows.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
That’s impossible to answer, too many great tunes and genres.
Lastly, what is your favourite thing about Christmas?
Copious amounts of food/drink and it’s a great excuse to retreat and unplug.
